Abstract
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has evolved into a key strategic tool for organizations seeking to align business goals with social progress. Among CSR initiatives, educational investment has gained prominence as a sustainable pathway for economic and human capital development. This study conducts a comparative analysis of CSR-driven educational investments between emerging and developed economies, exploring differences in motivation, scale, impact, and governance structures. Utilizing a mixed-method approach, data were collected from 40 corporations across 10 countries between 2018 and 2024. Results reveal that while developed economies prioritize educational innovation and skill enhancement, emerging economies focus on accessibility and infrastructure development. The findings suggest that CSR-led educational programs not only strengthen community relations but also improve corporate reputation and workforce readiness. The study concludes with policy recommendations for harmonizing CSR frameworks globally to enhance educational equity and sustainable development outcomes
