Abstract

Quantum theory has profoundly transformed modern physics, offering new perspectives on the universe’s fundamental structures. Extending these principles into the social sciences, quantum management theory provides an innovative framework for analyzing organizational dynamics. This study examines the interrelation of uncertainty, subject participation, and energy entanglement in enterprise management, thereby reconceptualizing traditional paradigms of organizational success.By drawing on quantum phenomena such as the photoelectric effect and thermal radiation, the research redefines the concept of entrepreneurial entropy. Formerly grounded in classical thermodynamics, entropy is here reinterpreted through a quantum lens, establishing a novel analytical foundation for entrepreneurship. The findings contribute to the advancement of management and entrepreneurship studies by situating entrepreneurial processes within a quantum framework, offering fresh theoretical insights into organizational innovation and socio-economic development.

Keywords: quantum management, photoelectric effect, energy conservation, entrepreneurial entropy, information energy particles
