Abstract
The global COVID-19 pandemic significantly disrupted traditional work paradigms and forced organizations to re-evaluate their operational and strategic frameworks. Among the critical areas impacted, Human Resource Management (HRM) emerged as a central pillar for sustaining organizational continuity and transformation. This paper examines how strategic human resource practices (SHRPs) contribute to enhancing organizational agility in the post-pandemic era. It explores the alignment of HR strategies with dynamic business environments, focusing on agility dimensions such as responsiveness, flexibility, innovation, and resilience. Drawing upon theoretical frameworks and recent empirical findings, the study identifies key HR practices—such as talent reskilling, remote workforce management, digital HR transformation, and employee engagement—as vital levers of agility. The paper concludes by presenting a strategic HR model for post-pandemic agility, offering practical insights for HR leaders and policymakers.
