Abstract
This study employed four indicators and two tests to evaluate the progression of cardiovascular function changes after one year of training among track and field specialization students of the 54th undergraduate cohort at Hanoi University of Physical Education and Sports. The results indicate that all indicators and evaluation tests show improvements in cardiovascular function, reflecting enhanced adaptation to physical activity.
